The guitar seems okay. I love the idea and the built-in amp seems decent. The frets feel a bit sharp on the sides, but not enough to cut you at least. My son is left-handed so I specifically contacted support about using it left handed and they said "all Loog guitars can be played by lefties: they simply need to flip the order of the strings".They neglected to mention that the bottom string will be cut too short to use in place of the top string, so you'd need to buy extra strings to use it. I complained about that on chat after we got it, hoping they would just send us a spare G string. At first, they were like "What's your order number, we'll send you an extra set of strings." I explained I bought it on Amazon and gave them the order number and they said they could only support ones bought directly from them and that I should contact the Amazon seller. The rest of the conversation went something like this:---Me:But I contacted you specifically to ask how it could be used for a lefty. The response was "all Loog guitars can be played by lefties: they simply need to flip the order of the strings". The Amazon seller did not tell me that.Them:Yes, that is right. It's just a matter of flipping the order of the strings. We don't sell specific left-handed guitars.Me:Yes. But you guys did not say "you will need to buy an extra set of strings because the strings it comes with cannot be flipped because the bottom string will be cut too short to be put in the place of the top string." which is the case. I don't even need an extra set of strings, I just need a G string because the one it came with is unusable the way it came.Them:That's right. Which is why we are offering free strings for order purchased from our store. The suggestion of flipping the order was also for guitars purchased from our store.---What does that even mean "The suggestion of flipping the order was also for guitars purchased from our store."I'm, admittedly, more annoyed than I should be. Just beware, if you don't buy directly from them, they will act like you aren't one of their customers.
