The bag itself is fine. Does what it's designed to do. However, this gig bag is supposed to come with back pack straps. I could see where they had been removed through a hole in the plastic dust cover that was on the bag during shipping. Lucky for me I happen to have another set from a different gig bag I'm not currently using. Still kind of a drag. This gig bag should not have been sold as complete. This is the second Amazon requested review I've done for this bag. TKL makes good gear, but I'll have to be cautious who I order from next time.
