I wish the review below had of held up. The battery lasted a long time for two sessions, Then nest time I used it, the battery went dead in about 5 minutes. I thought I may have not them fully charged. So I made I left them on charge longer even after the light went out.Tried once more at church. The thing went dead right in the middle of a song I was playing. But I have had it too long to send back, so I'm stuck. I wish they would make one that used regular AA or AAA batteries that you could replace and buy them anywhere. As long as the battery holds out the thing works better than any thing I have seen before, and being able to put the guitar and the mike into the amp or pa system is the best idea I have ever heard of.I liked it so much when the battery held out! I may try another one. My buddy got one for his bass and it has worked for over 10 sessions now and he loves it.I had wanted a wireless guitar system for a long long time.Saw this one and watched demo's on you tube. Ordered mine and took to church.Sitting on the very back row of my church playing my guitar and singing with the mike plugged into the guitar unit.Great guy playing bass up front beside my amplifier. My buddy that plays bass for me, walked in! heard me singing and playing. He looked around up front for me. Only my voice and guitar were up front. Looked back and saw me in the back.I got him!!! I just had a cheep head phone mike, and even it worked without any feed back.I'm ordering another one for my vass player, so when we go to play at nursing and assistant liveing home. we only have to take an amp that can take a bass and guitar. The only thing that concerns me? Is the battery is not replaceable and I haven't had a chance to see how long a charge will last. Wish it had batteries that I could pick and any store and keep extra's.Would recommend it and love it for now. There was no drop out or static of any kind, and I could not detect any lag time.I will get a better mic. would like to have one like Charles Stanly, But I know I could never afford one like that. When first reviewed the Joyo, I hadn't had it long enough to check battery life.Since then I have used mine in a long program that lasted over 3 hours.I was concerned all the time that the battery would fail, but it didn't, and only took about 45 minutes to recharge when I got home.If mine had such a short life like one of the reviewers? I would send it back.I wish they had made it to use regular batteries that could be bought anywhere say 9 volt or double A or triple A batteries.
