The customer support is amazing. They worked with me and were quick to respond. Communication was great. While the guitar is cheaply made out of the box, I changed out the electronics, bridge, tuners, and strings. Guitar plays like fire now. The gig bag is very thin, the cable is low quality, the strap is not usable, but the amp is cool to have. This is a great start for someone with a very small guitar budget for a beginner. An electric guitar for under $100 is just unbelievable. I bought it with the intent to modify...I put another pickguard, pickups, bridge and nut. all in about $130 spent total and it sounds great. This guitar plays like a much more expensive guitar if you have a basic set up done to it. A quality guitar at a good price. It’s a great guitar for beginners, it does go out of tune sometimes but considering the price it’s great. I suggest this for anyone starting out or is new to playing guitars. What a piece of crap. I took it apart to put in some better pick ups and wiring. The wiring was horrible, soldering sucked a rotten egg, then I got to the body. Very light weight. I’m not sure what the wood is. Could be a 2x12” pine for all I know. One of the pickups had already begun fraying apart. There are better options out there. Go to reverb and you can get a good name brand used for a couple of hundred dollars. I feel like I got a couple of $100 bills, crumpled them up and threw thru them away with this piece of junk. And try sending it back to them. Ha! I wouldn’t recommend this to an enemyNice looking guitar and sounds greatOk so my grandfather had to unjam the strings ok sometimes the string buzz alsoThese are great guitars for the price I recommend them for anyone they sound great
