I bought 2 of these cases, and 2 different ones, for 4 in total from Brook Mays. They sent them all in one large box, loose, with each case protected only by a plastic bag. The box was delivered with cases literally spilling out of the box. Every instrument case was torn and damaged from the buckles of the other cases. I spent almost 1000 dollars on cases from Brook Mays...when I complained about the condition they arrived in, with pictures, I was responded to very rudely. So I returned them. Brook Mays then held on to my money until the very last possible second in an attempt to annoy me. Most people who spend 1000 dollars on four cases at once aren't counting on the money to pay bills or eat, so it was ultimately pointless. I would never buy anything from them again.
