looks like i have the same problemthe tinfoil is not glued very well to the foam have not installed it yet was going to use this to fill in the voids in hood frame to level out then cover with dei half inch black hood insulation over top covering all the hood for a kick ass insulation job dei has good service reps to email i did get there spray glue this might fix it my wife will kill me if she finds how much i spent lol will do another review on completion the black insulation does not have this problemUpdated reviewE mailed dei directly and told them about the delamination there sending me a new one now i can start project may be more review later the stuff really sticks to hood tried small piece to testGot the new one from dei 43$ border fee not good but does not have this problemWell it's all doneSticks very well to hood and the half inch stickers to the foil very wellEngine noise completely changed to low rumbleBut what really got it for is to bring engine up to operating temp quicker then less noise and better for engine especially in the winter all goodUpdateWell it's been a summer and winter still sticking all good
